Hi, I’m Amber

I had my hair cut at the Castlegate salon when I was just 13 years old. I soon began a Saturday job there and then did my apprenticeship.  Now it feels like home…

Creative colour work, balayage and colour transformations are my absolute favourite things to do in the salon. I have completed a number of courses and qualifications including my NVQ Level 3, Beauty Works hair extension courses, and more recently, I became a Wella Master Colour Expert. I am looking forward to taking this latter qualification through to degree level in the near future.

For years I’ve been following the work of the KH Hair Colour Team and I was delighted to be accepted as a member in 2023. It’s really exciting to be involved in colouring and styling models to participate in shoots and making collections. I am delighted to be part of a team who all share the same passion for colouring.
